Christmas workshop in the Vigeland Museum
At the first Sunday of advent the Vigeland Museum invites the whole family for a free day at the museum! There will be Christmas workshops for the kids, where you can make holiday cards, Christmas decorations and paint plaster figures. There will also be a pop-up-café in the museum!
At 1 PM and 2 PM there will be free guided tours in Gustav Vigeland’s apartment. Tickets will be distributed in the museum reception from 12 PM. The guided tours are held in Norwegian and there will be 15 persons per group.
The Christmas workshops are open from 12 PM to 3.30 PM, and the museum will be open until 4 PM. Afterwards we hope you will join us for the annual tree lighting ceremony in the Vigeland Park by the parks main gate. There are rumors that Santa Claus will join us as well!
