Accessibility

Accessibility

The Vigeland Museum is a listed building from the 1920s, and we strive to accommodate all visitors as best we can. However, certain conditions make access challenging – please feel free to contact us at postmottak.vigeland@kul.oslo.kommune.no to arrange assistance.

Companion cards grant free admission for one companion.

Guide dogs are welcome in the museum.

Visit with Children

Children are warmly welcome at the Vigeland Museum!

The museum displays original and irreplaceable works of art – therefore, it is important that the artworks are not touched. Caregivers are responsible for children during the visit, and we encourage adults to talk to children about why the art should be seen – not touched.

Strollers

Due to the preservation status of the building, strollers are not allowed in the exhibition galleries.
